Scott has been working in close collaboration with the Chamonix mountaineers and the Compagnie du Mont-Blanc for more than 10 years. When it comes to the safety and quality of their products, what better proof can you get?
Another partnership, this time with Alpride, takes the brand's airbag backpacks to a whole new level! Indeed, the Scott Backcountry Guide AP 30 backpack is, combined to the Alpride Airbag System 2.0 kit, a true reference for freeriders! With its technical design 100% made of polyamide, a weight of only (1560g) and a 30L volume, it will be ideal for your one-day outings. You've got everything you need to tackle the mountain: a A-shaped ski carry system, straps for your board, a special pocket for all your safety gear (shovel, probe), ice axe and poles ski holders, etc.

Ergonomic and comfortable with its padded hip strap and security harness, it is fitted with an Alpride Airbag: one of the lightest systems on the market (690g only), a fully mechanical device that inflates the airbag in less than 3 seconds. The new release handle is adjustable and designed to work with gloves or mitts, the highly-visible airbag fabric for its part is tear-proof. Last but not least, the Scott Backcountry Guide AP 30 airbag is sold with two 100% waterproof cartridges!
