Manufacturer info :

Touring ski category

  • FreeTouring  :

primarily intended for short approaches and long freeride runs. The idea is to make the ski as light as possible without compromising downhill performance.

Type of turns

  • Short turns

Shape

  • Directional (front tip)  :

The ski shape allows only a directional use.

Weight of the pair in grams

  • 3500 (175cm)

Structure - Construction

  • Helio P15 Ultralight Wood Core  :

Uber light wood varieties are cut, treated and aligned in  a way only our factory knows. Its strength to weight ratio has scientist baffled.

  • Hexo2 Technology  :

Combination of laminates and honeycomb structures with just enough glue for performance and lightweight.

  • Magma Edge Absorber  :

There's no such thing as "godd vibrations" when you're haulin'ass. We place a thin strip of rubber between the edge and the sidewall to iron-out any unwanted bumps.

  • Shelter Roundtop Construction

Camber type

  • Classic camber  :

When the ski sits flat on the ground, the tip and the tail are in contact with it while the midsection rises above. It is this section that maximises the energy transmission towards the edge, ideal for piste skiing. It also provides a rebound which enhances energy return and pop.

Technology

  • S-Rocker  :

Combining the tail support of real underfoot camber with the floatation of an early nose is a tricky business - but we nailed it. Entering a sketchy windblown gully with control, using its 2 ft pow exit door with pleasure : this is where the S-Rocker is at home.

Rocker type

  • Tip rocker  :

Skis are more manoeuvrable, contact points on the skis are placed in order to reduce the effective running length, which allows easier pivot and a better float.

Various

  • Horseshoe Edge  :

Ever seen a 2000lbs Shire horse smash a horseshoe to piece? Nope either have we. With pre-shaped "horseshoe" edges at the tips of our skis, your skis won't delam or experience popped-out edges.

  • MC Bezier Spline Sidecut  :

We wouldn't go to all the effort of designing our skis and snowboards in  a 3D CAD program in complex Bezier-mode to create mathematically correct shapes if they didn't ride better.

  • Sintered Nano Highspeed Base / Stone Finish
  • TPU Spins Tips
