Alpine Ski Line Supernatural 115

Ski sold without binding.

Line’s big mountain ski has a name: Supernatural 115. The widest and most powder-oriented Supernatural ski.

What can the Line Supernatural 115 do?

The ski gives focus on powder. Its 115mm waist, its huge rockers, its profile, everything was designed to make that platform float like a boat on deep fresh snow. Technically and physically demanding, we wouldn’t throw it on a steep groomed slope. Not that we wouldn’t make it to the bottom, but it wouldn’t be much fun. It’s a ski made for riding the untracked powder fields and slash every turn you can. The rockered profile makes pivot easy and the titanal reinforcement running through 80% of the length help stabilising the ride when entering fields of moguls. It is a ski that has tons of power but it does need skills to be managed.

Who is the Line Supernatural 115 designed for?

With such sidecuts and a construction incorporating titanal, only technical expert skiers will be able to manage it. It is the kind of ski you take out only when conditions are great.

Structure - Construction

  • Carbon Ollieband  :

Tip to tail carbon-fiber stringers are vertically laminated into the core for more energy & pop for ollieing over snowboarders.

  • Metal Matrix  :

Die cut titanal, or composite laminate provides more power & grip where you need it under foot & at the tips, while reducing weight where you don’t.

  • Maple Macroblock Core  :

100% maple core : this wood delivers the best ratio lightweight/strength. Better longevity for the camber and the reactivity.

  • Shockwall  :

Incorporates a full height & length 80 durometer Elastometer sidewall over the edges to absorb vibration & shock for a smooth solid ride like a Cadillac

  • Thin Tip™  :

Super thin core & sidewall in the tips are 100 grams lighter per pair for reduced swing weight and tip bounce.

Camber type

  • Classic camber  :

When the ski sits flat on the ground, the tip and the tail are in contact with it while the midsection rises above. It is this section that maximises the energy transmission towards the edge, ideal for piste skiing. It also provides a rebound which enhances energy return and pop.

Technology

  • Early Rise  :

Tip rise starts earlier in the ski so the tips effortlessly rise out of powder & stay on top without needing to sit back.

  • Early Taper  :

The widest point of sidecut starts tapering earlier in the tip to reduces tail drag and hooking in powder.

Rocker type

  • Tip and tail rocker  :

Full length rocker perfect for surfing powder. It floats easily and ensures smooth and effortless turns. Landings are easier too.

Various

  • 5-Cut Geometry  :

5 different sizes of sidecut radius shapes are blended into one, for intuitive control and unlimited turn shapes.

  • Directional Flex  :

The softer tip floats & initiates turns easily while the stiffer tail provides reliable powerful turn exits, & stability.

  • Fatty Base & Edge  :

The edge and the base are twice thicker for an better resistance and durability.

  • Semelle Sintered Base  :

    Sintered base
