Alpine Ski Rossignol Savory 7

Ski sold without binding.

The women-specific S7-Series is widely inspired from the men series and guarantees the same kind of performance. That means you can expect lightweight, floatability and agility from your skis.

The Savory 7 comes with a 106mm waist blended into generous sidecuts offering the ski the ultimate buoyancy. The honeycomb tip construction makes the ski lighter than anything you've known before and the rockered profile enhances floatation offering effortless turns through the deep. The structure of the ski allows for responsiveness and stability as well, turning every single session into moments of sheer happiness.

What our testers say : Derived from the Soul 7 for men, the Savory 7 is a great freerider delivering amazing performance for skiers with an advanced or expert level. The ski truly excels on powder where it steers effortlessly. On hard snow it's a little less playful although it has no problem making its way through other skiers and snowboarders on trails.

Structure - Construction

  • Air Tip  : A Patented Technology exclusive to Rossignol! The tip is air filled for maximum lightness and constructed to retain maximum torsional rigidity. The ski's weight is redistributed, freeing the tip and tail of the ski and providing greater ease, security and versatility. The fact that the center of gravity is closer to the center of the ski concentrates strength under the skier's feet. THE ROCKER REVOLUTION IS HERE!!!
  • Minicap Sandwich  :

Ultra durable construction built with wood cores, 30 degree sidewalls, fiberglass and high-tech laminates. The Mini Cap ROSSITOP to strengthens the top of the ski and is resistant to chipping for increased durability. The sidewalls of the skis are angled at a 30° incline to improve swing weight, reduce the overall weight of the ski, and enhance edging and durability.

  • Fiberglass / Wood core  :

The fiberglass structure enhances flex and stiffness, increases resistance to torsion, and improves boosts on turn exits.

The wood provides stability and rebound, eliminates vibrations, and has a great durability.

  • Light Wood (Paulownia) Core  :

Experience skis have a Paulownia woodcore. It is 30% lighter which makes the ski effortless to manoeuver.

  • VAS  :

Vibration Absorption System Visco elastomer material integrated into the ski's construction to dampen vibrations, adding greater control, stability, and contact with the snow.

Camber type

  • Classic camber  :

When the ski sits flat on the ground, the tip and the tail are in contact with it while the midsection rises above. It is this section that maximises the energy transmission towards the edge, ideal for piste skiing. It also provides a rebound which enhances energy return and pop.

  • Powder Turn Rocker  :

Rossignol's Powder Turn is engineered with 50% low camber underfoot while the remaining 50% of the tip and tail features high rocker. The camber underfoot delivers power, energy, and edge grip for groomed snow. The high rocker tip produces more floatation and effortless powder skiing. The high rockered tail is pin shaped to allow skier to have an efficient angle of attack providing easy steering and instant speed control. The 50/50 rocker/camber combination is the most versatile from pow to groomers.

Rocker type

  • Tip and tail rocker  :

Full length rocker perfect for surfing powder. It floats easily and ensures smooth and effortless turns. Landings are easier too.

  • OPEN  :

OPEN models can be mounted with telemark or touring bindings.
