"I've ordered a rucksack, which was for a friend's birthday (over £100 worth). It never arrived and Mylene at the Glisshop says that it seems to have been sent to the Netherlands accidentally. She goes on to say that DPD take 30 days to process a complaint. I have asked her to issue a new rucksack asap, or a refund, and she is ignoring my requests. So, right now, I'm over £100 down and still with no rucksack, and the birthday has now passed. Really disappointed."
"Hello, Thank you for taking the time to complete our survey. We opened a dispute with the delivery company when you contacted us on April the 23. The delivery made a mistake and send the package to netherlands. They tried to solve their mistakes and deliver as soon your package. We never ignoring your requests, we contacted the delivery company everyday to have information and as we did not have any details about the location of your package we couldn't refund you before having information. Unfortunately we are not working every day but are doing our best to answer as soon as possible to all our requests. I can see that your package as been delivered on the 1st of May. "Hi there I made the order on the 11th April. On the 22nd I got in touch to say that it had not arrived. On the 30th I was still chasing - and you replied only to say that you couldn't refund me until the courier company had dealt with the complaint which could take up to 30 days! When you order something, and you pay for delivery to get something to you in time for a specific date, you don't expect to have to wait for the company to take up complaints with their couriers. You should have refunded me or dispatched a new rucksack so that I could receive it in time for the birthday. It took 3 weeks to arrive. I know that you can't control 3rd party delivery companies, but you can do better in dealing with the problems that arise. I will amend my initial review to reflect the final outcome"
