Description
The second ski in the Atomic race performance range is the most versatile ski for medium to powerful sizes. It is only available in two sizes because the Soft version is made for light weights. A high performance ski and very well placed in price.
What are the characteristics of the Atomic Redster S9 Medium cross-country ski?
With a slightly higher camber than the Soft version, the Medium is suitable for more powerful sizes. It has a high-end construction with a very light Nomex Featherlight honeycomb core covered by a carbon blade. The character on snow is particularly pleasing, as it offers fantastic tolerance while maintaining the dynamism present at the end of the thrust. Although it is not the most dynamic ski in its category, it nevertheless has the advantage of being soft to ski and very progressive. When it comes to gliding, Atomic has been accustomed to providing very good quality soles for a few years now. The BI5000 SA is no exception to the rule, especially since it has a very versatile universal structure. The Shape V-dimension lines ensure a remarkable stability of the spatula and provide a feeling of acceleration during the gliding phase until the end of the thrust. High performance and forgiving, the S9 is one of the successful bets of the new Atomic collection, with nothing to spoil a very interesting price investment for a ski of this level of performance.
