The C3 range is very similar to the Redster racing range while maintaining a more comfortable and forgiving ride. Atomic is one of the greatest references of the classic style and always produces very interesting compromises adapted to each type of skier and level.

What are the characteristics of the Atomic Pro C3 Skintec Medium PSP cross-country ski?

The higher you go up in the C range, the narrower the sidecut becomes, for two reasons, the skis must be in adequacy with the skier's level, and offer him what he needs most. Clearly sport oriented, the Pro C3 Skintec Medium PSP has lines very close to those of racing skis in order to gain in performance and limit the possibilities of lateral friction. The Ultra Hih Densolite SDS core is coupled with a carbon blade that gives it a particularly effective dynamism at the end of the thrust. The Medium camber is by far the most versatile and offers a good compromise between comfort and performance with a homogeneous crushing that does not require too much effort on the grip. If we add to this the BI 5000 sole with the Atomic multipurpose World Cup structure, the level of performance of the ski is incredibly high for such a versatile model. The Skintec 100% Mohair skins are based on the sporty character of the ski and its behaviour, which tends towards the search for longer glide phases and better support in classic skiing. The last evolution to be noted, is the appearance of the PSP plate, made for the mounting of Prolink Shift bindings, this plate allows to change the position of the binding and to move it back and forth according to the relief or the technical or physical abilities of the skier. The operation is simple, just unlock the latch on the front of the binding to move the whole block. You move backwards for more glide and forwards to gain grip. A concept that is more and more common in classic skiing because it allows the ski to evolve at will by changing the location of the center of gravity in relation to the camber. A very well-placed sporting compromise with technical arguments at the forefront of what is currently done in this category.

It is perfectly suited for regular and sporty use, for skiers who already have a technical base and who want a more powerful ski without sacrificing comfort. It is also a very interesting price alternative because the price is significantly lower than on race models and its behavior is close to that of a racing model. Very good for long sporting outings with a sensational glide quality.
