Would just like to thank the online support team, they were great in helping me decide which skis i should buy as i was unsure and didn't think that they had the size of ski in the brand i wanted. Great helmet that I couldn't find anywhere else except at silly prices. Size perfect. Colour mad but fun (luminous green). Delivery quick, with tracking information and a predicted delivery time that was accurate (DPD). Overall I'm a very happy customer. Many thanks!

Shortly after I received and used my product, I got an email from Glisshop, with an offer of an extra 10% off any product. That is really not what you want when you've just made a purchase. I emailed them to complain, but whereas they apologised, they offered nothing else. Other companies doing the same thing have always offered the discount retrospectively, which is why I'll never use Glisshop again.

Avoid, ridiculous return policy with excessive packaging otherwise you will be charged repacking fee. The they delivered the wrong size product to me and return did cost 45 gbp. Also did not receive my refund yet.

AVOID BUYING FROM THIS SITE! They make great claims about customer service but my experience has been TERRIBLE. And when it goes wrong YOU have to pay to return it to France.Before buying a POC back pack I asked customer services if it came with a back protector. Etienne Flaurand forwarded me the link of the POC product "that includes the spine protector" which I then bought. When it arrived it did not include the spine protector. I sent an e mail to customer services asking what to do. I received a reply from Ann Papon asking me who advised me to buy it. I replied and have heard nothing since despite sending 5 more e mails. So I called their help line. Explained the situation to a hostile lady who then put me on hold for 10 minutes, then asked my order number and then put me on hold for another 10 minutes before saying she would have to call me back. Surprise surprise I have heard nothing.I realise mistakes happen but to not deal with them is inexcusable. I know have to pay £12 to return it to France. JUST RUBBISH!!!
