5 steps for a hasslefree return, free of charge!

1. Login to your Glisshop account
  • Click on ‘My Orders
  • Click on the order number beginning with ‘20’ and then on ‘Make a return’ in the top right corner.
  • Click on ‘Return this product’
  • Fill in the return form
  • Confirm your return request

2. After our customer service confirms your request, you’ll receive a ‘return granted’ email including the next steps.

3. Print your return request and put it in your package. You’ll find it in the ‘my returns’ section or on your ‘return granted’ email.
(If you encounter difficulties printing it, please write down your return number and your name on a piece of paper)

4. Ship your package within 15 days at the following address:

5.As soon as we receive your package, our team will proceed with the refund.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do I have to pay for the return fees?
No, during the entire duration of the containment glisshop supports you and offers you the cost of return. Once the refund request is accepted, you will receive an email with all the terms and conditions. *Excluding Corsica and Swizerland

Where can I find my invoice?
Just login to your glisshop account,
click on‘My orders’ and download your invoice by clicking on the PDF icon.

Can I make an exchange with another product?
No, you’ll need to make a refund request and then order another product if you wish.

Can I return a ski set?
If the assembly involves a customisation of the product (like drilling the skis), in accordance with article L121-20-2 of the French Consumer Code, it cannot be refunded. 

I cannot print my recapitulative sheet, how can I do?
Just write your name, first name, and return number (indicated on your “return granted” email and on your customer account, in “my returns”) on a piece of paper and put it in your package. 

RECOMMENDATIONS FOR A 100% SUCCESSFUL RETURN! 

  • Products must be new and unused.
  • The product must be in its original packaging, protected, and placed in a cardboard box.
  • Be careful not to tape the original box of the product, as the product may be sold again. A reconditioning fee could be claimed (or deducted in the case of a refund) if this is not respected.
