3% of the price of each item in your order is credited as a Loyalty Voucher on your Glisshop Customer Account. This amount can be spent within the year following the purchase of your product.
You gather Loyalty Vouchers every time you shop on Glisshop or in our brick and mortar store in Aubière / France. 3% of the price of the products are credited as a voucher. The amount of the Loyalty Voucher you will get is displayed on the product page.
You need to log to your Glisshop Customer Account. When you place an order on Glisshop, we create a Loyalty account that is linked to your Customer account. We register your Loyalty Vouchers on this account..
Loyalty Vouchers are credited to your Glisshop account 4 to 5 days after your order was shipped or after you purchased in our store. Once this voucher is on your account, it is valid for 365 days..
You need to click on the ‘Use voucher’ button in your cart.
WARNING: you need to be logged in your customer account in order to view and use your loyalty voucher.
When you decide to use your loyalty voucher for paying for your order, the full amount of your voucher will be used. If your voucher is not enough for settling the order, you can complete your payment using one of the methods offered by Glisshop.
Using Loyalty Vouchers is subject to a few conditions:
- You cannot use a Promo code and a Loyalty voucher in the same order.
- If you use a Loyalty Voucher for settling an order, the Loyalty Voucher you will get out of this order will not be as important.
- If you used a Loyalty Voucher to pay for an order which you want a refund of, the amount worth the voucher will be deducted from the refund.
- In case of the refund of an order, the Loyalty Voucher you gathered with this order will be taken off your Loyalty account.
Glisshop has the right, in some cases or on certain products, to not offer a Loyalty Voucher.
