Alpine Ski Head Natural Instinct

There is an all-mountain ski more than attractive to ski in a natural manner without tiring yourself. Head engineers developed a simple but efficient structure: a ERA 3.0 shape, a big rocker on 20% of the ski  and a max of graphene. By mixing all these ingredients they concocted a light ski with a fun flex that drives itself, add a 74mm waist to get quick edge to edge changes. You are served.

What can the Head Natural Instinct ski do?

This all-mountain is a good leisure ski which offers a pleasant and efficient glide on and beside the slopes. What a joy to ride a ski that playful and accessible. After couple turns you will take control of the Natural Instinct, start playing with it and crank up the pace. Long curves or short turns this ski does it all. No need to force, the tip rocker and the ERA 3.0 shape make it turn on the spot and will keep you on the surface of the fresh and the soft spring snow.

Who is the Head Natural Instinct ski designed for?

Thanks to its great forgiveness, the Natural Instinct is easy to ride on any snow conditions; a must for the intermediate skiers looking for a playful and nimble ski. A little physically and technically demanding, this ski has everything to please all skiers looking for a versatile pair of ski to ride all winter long.

Type of turns

  • Multi-turns

  • Directional (front tip)  :

The ski shape allows only a directional use.

Structure - Construction

  • Libra : Graphène™  :

GRAPHENE is the first crystal that is two dimensional, giving the material a unique set of properties. It is the thinnest and lightest element ever discovered by mankind. GRAPHENE is also the strongest material on the planet, stronger than diamond and 300 times stronger than steel, all in the thickness of one atom.

Camber type

  • Classic camber  :

When the ski sits flat on the ground, the tip and the tail are in contact with it while the midsection rises above. It is this section that maximises the energy transmission towards the edge, ideal for piste skiing. It also provides a rebound which enhances energy return and pop.

  • Allride Rocker  :

The brand places highly targeted amount of rocker in each model to ensure maximum performance for all ability levels. Steering is easier for all skiers and soft snow versatility is enhanced.

  • Era 3.0  :

A masterful blend of three independently important technologies to make the ultimate allcountry skis. A new era has begun.

Rocker+Radius+Rebound=Rocker Done Right : Imagine a ski that performs for everyone, anywhere.

Head Era 3.0 is not your one-dimensional "Have a problem ? Head fix it !". It's a combination of technologies, shape and geometry.

Think rocker, think radius, think rebound. Think 3-dimensional...

  • Powerrail  :

Modular System : The PowerRail System was built modularly to match any rider’s needs. Covering all segments with choices of Standard or Pro bases and dampeners in different widths for perfect ski fitting. PowerRail suits sole lengths between 260 and 380 mm.

Natural Flex : To ensure unhindered natural flex the PowerRail base is mounted with one pair of fixed screws and three pairs of free gliding screws. This way the base smoothly adapts to the flex of the ski.

Long-Term Performance : Each toe and heel guide can be exchanged or fitted separately, ensuring full functionality even after massive rental use.

Better Power Transmission : PowerRail bases are 7% wider and 25% lower than Railflex II bases, directly improving power transmission from boot to edge.
