Alpine Ski Line Sir Francis Bacon

Sir Francis Bacon is back for 2018 in Line’s collection and it looks better than ever. Graphics by Eric Pollard and construction by Line Skis. Powerful woodcore, 5-point sidecuts and two rockers in the tip and tail to maximise float and agility. It is not a ski, it’s a beast.

What can the 2018 Line Sir Francis Bacon ski do?

Twin-tip ski with a generous 104mm waist. It belongs to Line’s freestyle backcountry range of skis and it is an iconic ski, almost a legend, in the industry. Despite its huge sidecuts the ski is surprisingly lively and it performs through any kinds of terrains and snow conditions. The Sir Francis Bacon is as good for stomping a 20m booter as it is for hauling through the trees. The ski holds well at high speed and remains precise, it is an excellent pick if you charge hard and fast on a daily basis.

Who is the Line Sir Francis Bacon ski designed for?

If you like to bomb down the steepest slopes the mountain has to offer, if you love surfing deep powder and if you send sick tricks off natural kickers, if you are in good condition and your level is expert, then this ski is going to give you a blast.

What are the main assets of the 2018 Line Sir Francis Bacon?

Symmetrical flex

Playfulness

Unparalleled float

  • Tip and tail rocker  :

Full length rocker perfect for surfing powder. It floats easily and ensures smooth and effortless turns. Landings are easier too.
