You have a 100 day-withdrawal period starting on the day you received the parcel. You can either ask for a refund or an exchange. To proceed, complete the return form accessible in the 'Return-Refund' tab located in "My account".If the 100 days have gone past, we will not be able to grant any exchange or refund.

In order to process your request, two conditions have to be met:
The products returned must be new and unused. In case of a refund request, the refund will be processed within ten business days following the day we receive the product(s).
WARNING: The refund covers the price you paid when you placed your order (item's price + shipping costs) but it does not include the return costs which remain at your expense.
In case you would like to exchange an item, the value of the product you return is the price that appears on your invoice. The value of the new product is the price that was displayed on the day you completed your return form. You can access this form on glisshop.co.uk , in the menu My account.
In order to make things easier and reduce the costs for our customers living in Spain, Germany or in the United Kingdom, you have the following options:
Parcels that are considered "small" (ex: ski boots, helmets, goggles, clothing, etc.) can be returned to our local platforms (Paignton in the UK, Hospitalet de Llobregat in Spain, Obernburg in Germany). Return costs are to be paid by the customer. Note that the time for these products to reach our main warehouse in France varies. In peak season, products are shipped weekly. In low season it can take up to one month. The time for the exchange or the refund to be processed varies accordingly.
Parcels that are considered "big" (skis, snowboards, snowscoot, etc.) cannot be handled in our local platforms. In order to return these parcels to our main warehouse located in France, there are two options:
In case of an exchange, Glisshop will pay for the shipping costs of the new product, whether it is big or small.

Note : No exchange can be done on a similar product (same reference, color, size).
The right of cancellation cannot be exercised on supplies of goods made according to the customer's specifications, or which are substantially personalised (Article 121-20-2 of the French Consumer Code). This item works with:
The items must be protected (bubble wrap, packaging adapted to the size). Please make sure you did everything you could in order to protect the items during transit.
The return form must be attached to the parcel. You will receive this form by email once your request is granted.
If the price of the item(s) you would like in exchange is higher than the price of the original item(s), please contact us for settling the difference by card.
Note : The product(s) returned must be new, unused and in their original packaging. No label or sticker must be visible on the parcel except the one for the return.
During certain promotions, buying one product gets you another product for free (example: buy a pair of skis boots and get a free boot bag, ...). The full refund will be processed if and only if all products are returned, including the free one. If the free product is not returned, we will take its price (available on the website) off the refund.
The products we sell are manufactured by major brands well known for their reliability. Therefore, the products benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity and against latent defects.
This guarantee is subject to a normal use of the product. Only the Return department of the manufacturer can tell if the damage comes from a construction fault or a misuse (which isn't guaranteed). This means we are only an intermediary between the customer and the manufacturer, we cannot go against the manufacturer's decision.
The return of faulty items is at the expense and risk of the customer. The Glisshop company cannot be held responsible for any equipment deterioration due to inadequate packaging. It is strongly advised to use more bubble wrap than necessary to protect the product. Products returned with postage due will be automatically refused. If the product is held for 7 days of more, this time will be added to the duration of the remaining guarantee. We handle the shipping costs following Customer service or guarantee.
If the product you returned hasn't been authorized to be returned and/or hasn't suffered a deterioration covered by the guarantee, it will be sent back to the customer at his own expense.
Exception: Skateboards and longboards do not benefit from a manufacturer guarantee.
