Alpine Ski Dynastar Salsa Kid

2016 was under the sign of innovation. Dynastar completely redesigned their Junior Series and they are releasing new skis that are more playful, easier to manage and inspire progression. No matter what he likes most, the skis deliver optimal skiability anywhere on the mountain.

What can the Dynastar Salsa Kid do?

The Salsa will get you dancing! Suited for all little girls eager for skiing, the ski covers every single of their needs. Flexible and playful, the ski features a cap construction and a composite core enhancing catchfree runs and forgiving transitions. They won’t need more than 5 minutes to feel comfortable on the ski and play around the whole resort. Designed to be versatile, Dynastar equipped the skis with a tip and tail rocker. That allows creative kids to do their first runs in a snowpark or go venture on ungroomed snow and float on powder for the first time. Finally, because Dynastar knows what kids are capable of, the topsheet was reinforced to make the ski as durable as possible.

Who is the Dynastar Salsa Kid designed for?

The Salsa will stick with you for a few seasons. Ideally suited for young beginners, it is an easy and progressive ski that is light, agile and versatile.

Structure - Construction

  • Composite core  :

Camber type

  • Classic camber  :

When the ski sits flat on the ground, the tip and the tail are in contact with it while the midsection rises above. It is this section that maximises the energy transmission towards the edge, ideal for piste skiing. It also provides a rebound which enhances energy return and pop.

Rocker type

  • Tip rocker  :

Skis are more manoeuvrable, contact points on the skis are placed in order to reduce the effective running length, which allows easier pivot and a better float.

Interface

  • XPress  :
