Alpine Ski Line Sick Day 94

The new Sick Day 94 was completely redesigned for 2018 and we are not talking about the new sunset graphics. It is an entirely different ski compared to its previous version. It is 1mm narrower and comes with 5-point sidecuts and a new woodcore. The only thing that remains is the Magic Finger Carbon, a carbon reinforcement designed to stiffen up the ski for a more explosive personality.

What can the new Line Sick Day 94 ski do?

The Sick Day is an all-mountain ski that’s as versatile as it gets. It features a multi-turn profile allowing riders to adapt their turn length to the terrain very easily. The 94mm waist offers support and stability, it is the ideal width to get precision on groomers and float on powder. The 5-point sidecuts make the ski intuitive and pretty effortless, its pivots naturally and feels more forgiving than we expected . Yet, it remains driven by performance and if you need to get the speed cranked up for some reason, you can.

Who is the Line Sick Day 94 ski designed for?

Great choice for any intermediate or advanced skier looking for both performance and user-friendliness. The Sick Day 94 is easy to control and very enjoyable on all terrains. The stiff and responsive construction keeps the ride lively and powerful.

Structure - Construction

  • Capwall Construction  :

A blend of Cap & Sidewall construction. Cap on the top and sidewall over the edges for a light & responsive cap-feel, with durable, solid, smooth sidewall performance.

  • Carbon Ollieband  :

Tip to tail carbon-fiber stringers are vertically laminated into the core for more energy & pop for ollieing over snowboarders.

  • Aspen Macroblock Core  :

This 100% tip to tail wood core is made from the widest and highest quality Maple and/or Aspen laminates for long lasting camber and energy and the lightest, most durable wood core in the Universe.

Camber type

  • Classic camber  :

When the ski sits flat on the ground, the tip and the tail are in contact with it while the midsection rises above. It is this section that maximises the energy transmission towards the edge, ideal for piste skiing. It also provides a rebound which enhances energy return and pop.

Rocker type

  • Tip and tail rocker  :

Full length rocker perfect for surfing powder. It floats easily and ensures smooth and effortless turns. Landings are easier too.

Various

  • Directional Flex  :
