Description

The transfer tape allows Colltex TÖDI, PALÜ, ECO and PDG RACE sealskins to be re-glued. It replaces the use of solvent-based hot melt glue in tubes.

Directions for use:

1. Attach the sealskin to a flat surface.

2. Remove glue residue and dirt from the adhesive surface of the sealskin.

3. Carefully apply the adhesive side of the Hotmelt Tape to the surface of the sealskin to be glued, pressing down evenly.

4. Cut the transfer tape to the size of the sealskin.

5. Turn the sealskin over and heat the transfer tape very slowly with an iron or waxing iron (1 minute per sealskin, at about 120 °C). The glue from the tape will then transfer to the skin.

6. Allow to cool before removing the transfer tape.

7. Protect the sticky side of the sealskin with a protective net until next use.
