Snowboard K2 Raygun

Note: The actual colour of the board's base may be different than the one shown on the picture. Brands make them randomly.

Looks like this board was featured in a dark sci-fi movie. The only real difference is, it doesn't use special effects to perform. With its Raygun, K2 is offering a modern all-terrain weapon capable of turning the entire mountain into ashes.

What can the K2 Raygun do?

If we had to chose one board to define all-mountain riding it would probably be the Raygun. Easy to manage and very forgiving, any rider will feel comfortable on it from the first run. The board feels intuitive and stable on groomers and delivers an enjoyable manoeuverability. It is fluid and feels good at cruise speed, perfect for enjoying a bright sunny day. Its flat camber and tip and tail rocker maximise the board's agility. The rockers improve turn entries and provide a smooth catchfree feel on hard snow while they optimise floatation on powder and enhance manoeuverability. The Raygun moves easily through obstacles and natural kickers, allowing freestyle-oriented freeriders to lay a few tricks in the backcountry. In short, the Raygun is the ultimate quiver and delivers consistent performance on everything the mountain throws in your direction.

Who is the K2 Raygun designed for?

We thoroughly recommend the Raygun to every intermediate and advanced riders looking for high versatility and easiness. Just be careful, riding the board can get very addictive.

Great board at a great price

My aim: buy my first board to have as much fun as possible on the slopes. Not bothered about freestyle or jumps, however, wanted to progress from intermediate level (comfortable on up to red in good conditions) whilst having as much fun as possible in all kinds of conditions. PROS: Hit expectations 10/10. A lot of fun and easy to ride. Never have I once felt like I'm going to catch a edge. Fast and controllable on piste and ice, amazing fun and easy to ride in powder. Feel like I'm progressing massively day after day. CONS: There are none for me. CONCLUSION: If you're looking for a board that will do everything and keep you smiling at the end of the day in whatever conditions - this is the board. Amazing value for money. displays only reviews from customers who ordered the product on its website. This is to improve the relevance of the comments.
