Snowboard Lib Tech Skunk Ape

Note: The colour of the bases may be different from the picture displayed on the website, manufacturers combine colours randomly.

Freeriders, this board is for you. The Skunk Ape returns for another season of shred, with more energy and more motivation than ever. Note that this is a wide board suited for riders with large feet.

What can the Lib Tech Skunk Ape do?

The new version of the Skunk Ape is a touch more forgiving than its older one as it doesn't feature any basalt anymore, only paulownia wood. This new construction enhances the board's ligthweight and makes it a little less demanding as well. The Power Banana profile remains though, with a reverse camber between the bindings and traditional camber under the feet. This gives the board tons of stability and grip on hard snow without compromising powder playfulness and agility. The Magne Traction technology turns the edges into real knives and allows hard charging riders to cut hard across the slopes regardless of how fast they ride. The rocker ensures optimal buoyancy on deep powder and makes turns more intuitive and runs seamless. So, if you want to upgrade your skills and improve your style, you know what to do...

Who is the Lib Tech Skunk Ape designed for?

We recommend the board to advanced and expert riders looking for a good freeride all-mountain board that really excels on powder. It's also an excellent choice for riders with large feet who want a board that won't let their toes or heels drag in the snow when turning.
