Snowboard Nitro 38 Special

Note: The colour of the bases may be different from the picture displayed on the website, manufacturers combine colours randomly.

The 38 Special is Nitro’s offering to all riders who shred the mountain all day long. The board is an all-mountain charger suited for riding hard and fast in any condition.

What can the Nitro 38 Special do?

The 38 Special is the twin sister of the Nitro Magnum. Both boards are built with the same construction, the only difference is their width: the Magnum is a wide board for riders with big feet, the 38 Special is a mid-wide one. Powered by a Powerlite poplar Core, reinforced with 2 layers of fibreglass, featuring a directional shape and most importantly boasting a Roof Chop Camber, the board has a lot to deliver. When the flat midsection ensures stability, you can rely on the cambered areas under your feet to get a responsive feel with tons of edge control on hard snow. And in case there powder on the way, you have two rockers running through the nose and tail offering added floatation and manoeuverability on the deep. That means you get a super versatile board that can rip any terrains while delivering control, comfort and performance.

Who is the Nitro 38 Special designed for?

The 38 Special is for advanced riders looking for all-mountain performance. The board grips hard and the progressive sidecuts allow smooth manoeuvering.

Its mid-wide profile suits boot sizes EU 44/45 (UK 9.5/10.5).
