Structure - Construction

  • Magne-Traction 5S  :

On this newest version, Magne-Traction 5S, Rossignol has taken the 7S Mag and removed the 2 bumps directly on the outside of the feet and kept the 3 in-between, creating a catch-free and very forgiving ride that offers perfect edge control where it’s needed most.

  • Wood CK  :

Combining our standard 100% wood core with Carbon and Kevlar® fibers gives punch and durability for outstanding performance during park sessions and all terrain riding.

  • S-Tips core  :

Carbon fibers run up the middle of the board and fork-out toward the edges at the tip and tail, delivering explosive pop while retaining the board’s playful, manipulative qualities. Aramid runs through the middle of the base for increased dampening.

Shape - Sidecuts

  • Twin All-Mountain Flex  :

Symmetrical flex • Stiff under feet for punch and grip • Stiffer waist for stability at high speed.

  • Radcut  : TURN TECHNOLOGY: A traditional sidecut between the inserts fuses with multiple reverse sidecuts toward the tip and tail, providing real time sidecut adjustment to the ride, ie. longer when faster, shorter when slower, and delivering the perfect cut at all times. RadCut is off ered in multiple versions, each tailored for individual riding styles. More aggressive sidecut blends deliver quicker, livelier turns while smoother sidecuts offer a more fluid, relaxed ride.

Rocker - Camber

  • AMPTEK All Mountain  :

2011-12, we continue to refine our story with 3 versions of AmpTek designed to enhance every style of riding. Unlimited mobility with the AmpTek Autoturn, superior punch with the AmpTek All Mountain, and explosive pop with the AmpTek Freestyle. • AmpTek is for everyone. • AmpTek makes snowboarding easier. • All 3 versions were designed for any terrain and all conditions. >> More control, more stability >> Great combo with Magne Traction >> More edge pressure >>Smoother landings >> Very nimble in the powder >> Softer tips/ Stiffer waists

  • Roller BC  : BASE TECHNOLOGY: An industy-first, Rossignol's Roller technology raises the edges of the snow by milling the core of the board. The BC Roller raises the edges off 1mm of the snow at 2° tilt along the entire running length delivering ultra-smooth edge-to-edge transitions and super-surfy floatation in pow. Floats like a wide yet turns like a narrow.
  • Roller Tip  : An industy-first, Rossignol's Roller technology features a milled core along the edges, raising the edges of the board off of the snow to varying degrees to address the needs of every riding style. TIP ROLLER raises edges 1mm off of the snow just past the contact points, directing snow around the board for increased stability at high speed, better floatation in powder, and reduced swing weight.
