If there is one board that stands out, it's the One. This unique board delivers so much versatility that every rider who tries returns with his mind blown. We can't tell you what is Rossignol's secret, but we can ensure you that you're going to have fun all winter long.

What can the Rossignol One do?

It is the definition of versatility. Needless to check on the weather conditions every morning, the board doesn't care if it's soft, hard, icy or powdery, it performs in all cases. The One blasts through any terrains. On the hardpack, the board feels responsive and grippy, perfect for riding fast and carving at high speed. If you like racing your friends in the border cross, you'll take a serious advantage with the One. The traditional camber and Magne Traction tech make the board stable like a rock. But if your thing is powder, not a problem. You can rely on the huge rockers covering more than half of the board for ultimate floatation and manoeuvering. It's not snowboarding anymore, it's surfing! You can even session the park if you have freestyle needs to be fulfilled. The One remains pretty playful and can score high on park kickers.

Who is the Rossignol One designed for?

It is a board for advanced level riders looking for high versatility and performance. If you can have only one board to shred the mountain, the One is a safe pick.

Structure - Construction

  • CBF1  :

Get more comfort, more pop and an easy to torsion ride with this new CBF1 laminate. A single stripe of Continuous Basalt Fiber that runs in the middle of the board connecting the front and the back feet and offering perfect flex control.

  • Magne-Traction 5S  :

On this newest version, Magne-Traction 5S, Rossignol has taken the 7S Mag and removed the 2 bumps directly on the outside of the feet and kept the 3 in-between, creating a catch-free and very forgiving ride that offers perfect edge control where it’s needed most.

  • Lite Frame Technology  :

Introducing Rossi's new, breakthrough Lite Frame core technology. Featured on the new One MagTek and Diva MagTek, Lite Frame utilizes a urethane strip around the entire core of the board, delivering full-length shock absorption, enhanced manueverability and playfulness, and an ultra-smooth ride for ultimate ride control.

Shape - Sidecuts

  • Directional All-Mountain  :

Directional flex • Stiff under the back foot for maximum control • Stiff waist for stability at high speed • Softer under the front foot for smoother turns.

  • Radcut  : TURN TECHNOLOGY: A traditional sidecut between the inserts fuses with multiple reverse sidecuts toward the tip and tail, providing real time sidecut adjustment to the ride, ie. longer when faster, shorter when slower, and delivering the perfect cut at all times. RadCut is off ered in multiple versions, each tailored for individual riding styles. More aggressive sidecut blends deliver quicker, livelier turns while smoother sidecuts offer a more fluid, relaxed ride.

I can't really rate this yet as I only bought it a few days ago and obviously haven't been out on it yet. My previous One Magtek (2013) was a good board though, great edge hold & good at dealing with rough hardpack.
