Description courte

The Speedguide 89 is a very light Scott touring ski that will help you climb in no time and let you enjoy a decent skiability on the way down, no matter the conditions.

If you like very light touring skis but still want to enjoy a good skiability on the way down, the Speedguide 89 is the perfect tool for the job! With only 1.270 grams, it will let you climb the steepest slopes in a snap but also knows how to be stable and efficient when it's time to go back down.

What's on the agenda for the Scott Speedguide 89 ski?

With such a contained weight, the Speedguide 89 is a true racing beast on the ascent. Nevertheless, it's no slouch on the descent either thanks to a tonic core that makes it very stable and a classic camber that gives it a securing grip on hardpack and during uphill kick turns. The 89mm waist width offers a natural buoyancy without hindering your performances on hardpack while the rocker on the tip allows you to venture on a large variety of terrains and only starts to show its limits when the snow gets really deep. Last but not least, this same rocker also helps with the handling, allowing for more natural turn entries.

Who is the Scott Speedguide 89 ski for?

We recommend the Speedguide 89 to advanced and expert skiers who put lightness and efficacy on the climb above the rest but still want to have a pretty good time on the descent.

What are the main assets of the Scott Speedguide 89?
