"Been skiing the Marker F12 EPF Tour on my K2 Pinnacle 95's for two seasons and they are great for solid on and off piste performance mixing it with occasional skinning to get into the pow."

"Got this binding as a compromise between solid downhill performance and good touring ability for occasional touring or accessing side country. So far very impressed with downhill stiffness and the weight penalty compared with other more touring focussed frame bindings such as Fritschi is pretty low and I doubt many would notice. Having skied Fritschi on a friend's skis and been unimpressed with their fairly vague feel I would highly recommend these. The only real advantage of a binding like the Fritschi is that you don't need to step out of the binding to switch between skin and ski mode for modest changes in terrain whilst descending. With a little practice I expect this transition becomes pretty fast and seamless. Whenever adding skins again it would be necessary to step out of the bindings in any case."
