Touring ski boot Scott Cosmos II

Size information : We recommend to pick 1/2 a size up from your normal shoe size.

Scott’s reputation in the touring world has reached its pinnacle. The brand is known for making outstanding boots suited for exploring the mountain. Well, the story goes on with their new 2016 lineup allowing to push your limits further.

What can the Scott Cosmos II do?

From groomers to peaks through the narrow couloirs and the wide powder fields, the Cosmos II si the kind of boots that can take you everywhere and perform. It carries tons of features making touring life easier, such as the heatmoldable EZ Fit PWR lite liner offering a perfect fit and premium comfort. The 103.5mm last enhances this comfort by providing room to your feet and maximising blood flow. To help tourers and mountain guides, Scott added to the boot a Vibram outsole enhancing traction on difficult terrains. Whether it is icy, rocky or slippery, you know you can rely on the Cosmos II to reach the spot safely. It may not be the best alpine boot though, it was designed for climbing peaks and exploring the mountain. Hard charging downhill skiers will lack precision with it. In short, the Cosmos II is a high end touring boot that can venture on any terrain, but it’s not a world cup racer.

Who is the Scott Cosmos II designed for?

The Cosmos II is a 125 flexing boot clearly oriented towards touring performance. We recommend it to advanced and expert skiers who want a multitasking boot.
