Alpine Ski Black Crows Camox Birdie

Ladies also deserve their own Camox in a Birdie version, a women’s all-mountain ski slightly refined on the ends to be more adapted to women’s morphology and to provide an extreme versatility. The association of the double rocker and the classic camber deliver a stunning pivot and a powerful grip on the slopes. The 2017 Camox Birdie  won’t revolutionize the ski world but will please tons of riders again this winter.

What can the Black Crows Camox Birdie ski do?

This multi-purpose ski can attack any faces of the mountain. In freeride, the Camox Birdie floats effortlessly, the tip rocker and the 97mm waist keep it on the surface. It is up to you to ride beautiful lines and have the feel of floating on a cloud. The Camox Birdie also delivers a great grip on hard and groomed snow. The waist is quite large so the edge to edge changes won’t be super quick and the short radius turns not really intuitive, but the accuracy is always here and will let you go down the hill to take the gondola once again.

Who is the Black Crows Camox Birdie ski designed for?

We advise this ski to expert riders seeking a super all-mountain ski adapted to big snow conditions also able to come back on the slopes from time to time.

What are the main assets of the Black Crows Camox Birdie ski?

Binding technologies

  • Triple Pivot Elite Toe  :

The toe construction with DIN/ISO up to Z 18 allows for impressive retention when freeriding. The spring in the toe is inserted horizontally and with a sole plate inclined by 5° it provides the highest energy absorption so as to reduce the risk of early release. The large supporting surface optimizes the power transmission and allows for great stresses and strains. In relation to their weight, toes with this technology therefore achieve a never-seen-before performance.

  • Touring mode  :

    Walk mode for touring

  • Anti Friction Device AFD  :

All Marker bindings are equipped with a moveable AFD (anti friction device) and therefore guarantee a highly precise release almost entirely unhindered by dirt, snow and ice! Individual adjustment of the AFD to the area of application ensures perfect functionality - from racing, for children’s bindings or on ski tours.
