Delivery
In order to avoid any problems during the delivery process, we recommend that you double check your delivery address. For more speed and efficiency, we recommend that you request a delivery at your workplace. The delivery times given on the website start when the order is shipped.
The orders can be shipped from Monday to Friday.
WARNING we cannot deliver to the following places:
Great Britain: Jersey Island, Guernsey Island, Isle of Man
Switzerland: Büsingen, CERN
Germany: Helgoland
Spain: Canary islands, Ceuta, Melilla, Balearic
Italy: Campione d'Italia, San marino, Vatican

On this page, our shipping costs include the same VAT rate (20%) in our 5 available currencies (€/£/CHF/DKK/SEK). Those costs may vary depending on the VAT rate that runs in your country of delivery. The real shipping costs are shown in your shopping cart.
Colissimo Collection Point (Europe)
The time for your order to be ready is 24H. The parcel then needs a few more days (business days) to transit to your country (refer to the table below). You will be notified of the delivery at the collection point by email or SMS. An ID will be required.
