In order to avoid any problems during the delivery process, we recommend that you double check your delivery address. For more speed and efficiency, we recommend that you request a delivery at your workplace. The delivery times given on the website start when the order is shipped.

On this page, our shipping costs include the same VAT rate (20%) in our 5 available currencies (€/£/CHF/DKK/SEK). Those costs may vary depending on the VAT rate that runs in your country of delivery. The real shipping costs are shown in your shopping cart. 

The time for your order to be ready is 24H. It then takes 2 business days to reach the address you entered. You will be notified with a SMS or an email and the delivery requires a signature from you. In case you are not home, the courier leaves a note in your mailbox and another delivery is automatically scheduled on the next day. If the parce cannot be delivered, you will find a notification in your mailbox and the parcel will be left in the nearest post office. You have 2 weeks to pick it up (an ID will be required).
