300 ml Nikwax TX Direct Wash-In Waterproofing. This waterproofing dip is designed for your rainwear. It is very effective and easy to use.

Why use Nikwax TX.Direct Wash-In?

Over time and with use, the water repellency of your rainwear can be reduced, making it less breathable. Indeed, if the garment retains water, sweat can no longer be evacuated. To maintain the waterproof-breathable qualities of your clothing and extend its life, it is important to use a waterproofing product.

How do I use Nikwax TX.Direct Wash-In?

Nikwax TX.Direct Wash-In is designed to be used in the washing machine at a rate of 100ml per garment. Be aware that the performance of your rainwear may be reduced by how dirty it is and sometimes a simple wash with a specific product such as Nikwax Tech Wash is all that is needed to restore its waterproofing. If that's not enough, then use Nikwax TX.Direct Wash-In waterproofing.

As an environmentally responsible company, Nikwax avoids incorporating products that are hazardous to human health and the environment into its waterproofers.

Machine use:

  • remove any detergent residue from your machine's detergent compartment.
  • Load the clean garment(s) into the machine (2 garments maximum).
  • Use 100ml of product per garment.
  • Choose a 30° synthetic cycle with slow spin.

Use by hand:

  • Immerse 1 garment in a 6 liter basin of warm water.
  • Pour 50 ml of product.
  • Stir, leave to act for 5-10 minutes, and stir again.
  • Rinse thoroughly with cold water.
