We are offering models with cosmetic defects for sale. They are brand new, guaranteed by the manufacturer, and have no construction or manufacturing defects. A grading based on their condition has been established: This snowboard has been rated as 2*, meaning it has slightly visible defects.

The Rossignol One is a versatile and progressive snowboard, designed for riding across the entire resort. It features a directional twin shape, with a medium flex and a camber + rockers profile.

What is the Rossignol One snowboard made for?

The Rossignol One board presents a symmetrical directional twin shape, which means it is identical at the front and back, but with a set-back stance to facilitate turns and improve float. Its flex, on the other hand, is directional, which enhances control on the back foot and offers more comfort when initiating turns. With the One, you can easily link turns on all types of terrain, while benefiting from excellent rebound in carving when you press on the camber. This camber fully utilises the energy provided by the wooden core, while ensuring good grip. Moreover, this camber is complemented by serrated edges for increased precision on hard snow, while the urethane used in the L.I.T.E. construction helps to absorb vibrations. You can gather speed, whether on groomers or in the backcountry, while enjoying exceptional comfort and playability. The most experienced riders will also be able to take advantage of this to ride switch and work on their freestyle tricks!

Who is the Rossignol One snowboard aimed at?

We recommend this model to intermediate to advanced snowboarders who are looking for a versatile and progressive board with which they can ride across the entire resort, varying the pace and terrain. More experienced riders will also enjoy it to ride switch and do freestyle.

Tips and advice

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
