When ordering, the customer acknowledges having read and understood the general terms and conditions of sale, and fully accepts them.


We sell in the following countries : France (mainland), Corsica France, Monaco, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Finland, United kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Poland, Sweden, Slovenia, Switzerland, with variations regarding the delivery costs, the delivery times and the taxes according to current rules and laws of the countries.
Any order confirmed by a customer implies the agreement of this customer with all general terms and conditions of sales set out on the website.
Our website is translated in 6 languages. You can browse and place your orders in French, English, German, Spanish, Italianor in Dutch..


You can place an order through Internet
The price displayed on the product page is the price including tax. You can print an invoice from the menu My account. You will need it for any requests to our sales service.

Order registration / Method of payment

Your order is registered when the payment is processed. For payments by transfers, refer to the relevant section.

Online payment

Online payment is secured by our partner Be2bill, member of GIE CB and PCI DSS certified. They comply with the highest standards in terms of securing bank data. During the payment, your bank détails are encrypted and transfered. In certain conditions, they can be stored by B2Bill. Glisshop cannot possess or know about your bank details at any time.
Any order confirmed by a customer implies the full agreement of this customer with all general terms and conditions of sale set out on the website. This agreement is irrevocable

Payment by Buybox Gift Card

Payments by Gift e-Card are fully secured by our partner Buybox.

The GIFT E-CARD has a validity period of 365 days. Beyond this period, expired GIFT E-CARDS are closed and the unused balance is lost. The expiration date appears on the GIFT VOUCHER.

The GIFT E-CARD may be used throughout the website of or in our shop

If the balance of an GIFT E-CARD is insufficient to cover an online order, an additional transfer will be requested to finalize the order.

The GIFT E-CARD may be used multiple times. If a balance remains on an gift e-card following a purchase, this balance may be used for subsequent purchases within the validity period of the gift e-card indicated in the documentation.

If, following an order paid for with a gift e-card on website, the articles are returned or the order is cancelled, the gift e-card used for the payment will be re-credited and may then be used for another purchase

Only one Gift E-card can be used for one purchase.

The Gift E-card can be cancelled by the INITIATOR if the card has never been used. To do so, the INITIATOR must request this cancellation through the link available on the site's footer within 14 days following the emission of the VOUCHER. Any request made past these 14 days cannot be granted.

In case of a cancellation, every participant will be re-credited, without fee, via the payment method used, of the amount of his contribution. The INITIATOR will by no means be able to claim for the refund of other participant's contributions.

GIFT VOUCHERS cannot be refunded, resold, transferred as compensation or exchanged for cash.

Payment by Bank transfer

Our bank details for the transfer will be provided to you by email with the order's confirmation. Otherwise, you can see them on our payment page here. Be careful, bank details vary according to the currency you are using.

You need to specify your order number when you make a transfer. This number looks like  : GS-XXXXX (replace XXXXX by the order number)

Orders paid by bank transfers will be processed once the money has reached our account.

Product availability

The products displayed on are in stock and available in our warehouse.
For you, we made a selection of products coming from the best manufacturers, with the best price/quality ratio. Most of them are seasonal products. Stock can't be renewed. 
If a product displayed on our website is out of stock, we will let you know, and you can decide whether you want a rescheduled delivery or an equivalent product. You will also be able to cancel your order and request a refund. If, with your agreement, Glisshop provides you with a product or a service of an equivalent price and quality, the return costs are at our charge according to the right of cancellation.

Terms of delivery

Orders placed before 12pm are processed on the same day and shipped the next day.
The day of delivery is an estimate based on the shipment day of the order. Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays have to be added to this time. 
The time of delivery depends on the courier chosen. Refer to the shipping page on the website to get precise information about times and costs.

Sales and shipment outside the European Union

Since  January 1st, 2019, shipping to Switzerland was simplified. From now on, any purchase made in France will include taxes with the current Swiss VAT rate (7,7%) which means you don’t have to pay this tax upon delivery anymore.

Delivery costs to Switzerland and United Kingdom are all inclusive (transport and customs fees), there are therefore no additional charges upon reception of the package.

Glisshop  does not apply immediate tax refund (direct delivery in the country) for other countries.
Glisshop  does not apply deferred tax refund to its customers (VAT payment, and then a refund request after passing customs).

Checking packages at delivery

When you get delivered, you must check the general aspect of the package.
Any box that looks damaged needs to be opened before signature or delivery receipt, in order to check the state of the products. If the driver doesn't let you, you need to mention the damage.
Two possible cases :

1. The products are there and undamaged: you can accept the delivery without conditions..

2. Products are missing or damaged : please refuse the parcel and mention why on the courier's receipt. For example:

package receive was damaged, a product XXX is missing or a product XXX is damaged - Delivery refused.

If you decide to keep the parcel and sign without restrictions, regardless of the above, we have to remind you that no legal action against the courier can take place if the delivery is accepted.
A condition like "with reservation of unpacking" has no legal value whatsoever. Your reservation must be precise: "Package received was damaged, the product reference XXXX was missing or product XXX was damaged due to impact". We need these details to take action against the courier and claim the exchange of the product. Reservations have to be made on the courier's document/receipt and you need to keep a copy or a photo of it.
If the courier doesn't have a paper receipt with him, you can take a photo of his electronic flasher (your complaints must be readable on your photo) or you can write on another paper which must be signed by you and by the courier, with a precise description of the issue.

Guarantee, sales service

The products we sell are made by famous brands well-known for their reliability. 
Therefore, they benefit from a legal guarantee of conformity against latent defects for a period of 2 years.
All products benefit from this guarantee to the condition that the failure is due to a manufacturing defect, visible of latent. This qualification of “manufacturing defect” can only be determined by the manufacturer itself. Glisshop acts as an intermediary between you and the manufacturer.

If the defect manifests itself during the guarantee period following the purchase, you will not suffer any additional cost.

This guarantee is only valid under normal use of the product, we will work with the manufacturer to make sure that your issue is dealt with as quickly as possible and with the best care, within a maximum of 30 days.

Al products repaired under the legal conformity guarantee benefit from an extension of the guarantee of six months.

The return costs of the faulty items are at the expense and risks of the customer. The company SAS MGF Sports cannot be held responsible for any equipment deterioration due to an inadequate packaging. It is strongly advised to wrap your product more than necessary with bubble wrap. The products returned with postage due will be refused. If the product is delayed for 7 days or more, this time will be added to the duration of the remaining guarrantee.

Following the sales service, the shipment to the customer is to our expense.
If the product you returned hasn't been authorized to be returned and/or hasn't suffered a deterioration covered by the guarantee, it will be sent back to the customer to his expense.

Exclusion: The deteriorations due to impacts are not covered by the manufacturer's guarantee (ski edges or snowboard edges torn off).

Cancellation / Return terms

You have 100 days from the date of receipt of your order if you want to cancel it and get a refund. To proceed, click on "Make a return" when you are on the relevant order in the tab "My orders" under "My account".

Are you situated in France or in Monaco?
At Glisshop, we make returns easier by providing a return label. The costs are 3,90€ for a small parcel (helmet, goggles, etc), and 4,90€ for a large parcel (skis, snowboards, etc). They will be deducted from the refund.

Alternatively, if desired, you can return the package yourself! Should you be able to obtain better rates, do not hesitate. In such cases, we will of course not deduct anything from your refund.
Please note: Should you choose not to use the return label we provide; it is necessary that the shipping company you use provides you with a tracking number.

Please note: All returns from Corsica are at your expense

If You Are located elsewhere in Europe

If you are in one of the following countries, a return shipping fee will be charged to your account: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

The exact amount of these fees will be communicated to you in the confirmation of the return request and will be deducted from the refund. They may vary depending on the size of your parcel and the country you are in. They won’t exceed €25 / £22.

Alternatively, if desired, you can return the package yourself! Should you be able to obtain better rates, do not hesitate. In such cases, we will of course not deduct anything from your refund.
Please note: Should you choose not to use the return label we provide; it is necessary that the shipping company you use provides you with a tracking number.

Are you located in Switzerland, Corsica or the United Kingdom?

In these two cases, you are responsible for the return shipping costs and thus, we cannot provide you with a return shipping label.
In order to process your request, two conditions have to be met :

According to legal requirements, a model of cancellation form can be found in appendix to our General Terms and Conditions of Sale. This document can be used for canceling an order. As mentioned previously, you will need to send it to the following address:

The products must be returned new and unused. In case of a refund request, the refund will be processed within ten business days following the receipt of your item(s).

Products must be protected with bubble wrap (except for fabrics) and must be placed in a packaging adapted to the size of the product. Please make sure you did everything you could in order to protect the items during transit.

Please do not put any duct tape onto the original box or packaging as it may go back on sale. Repackaging fees may be required (or deducted in case of a refund) if failure to observe.

WARNING : According to the article L. 121-21-4 of the french law 2014-344 (or EU's Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EC), Glisshop is not required to refund the extra costs if the customer has selected a delivery method that is more expensive than the standard method of delivery. Moreover, the refund covers the amount paid when the order was placed (price of the product and standard shipping costs). Return costs remain at your expense

The right of cancellation cannot be exercised on supplies of goods made according to the customer's specifications, or which are substantially personalised (Article 121-28 of the French Consumer Code). This article applies to ski packages delivered with bindings mounted at customer's request. The mounting of the bindings being specific to the customer's boot size.

Personal data

In accordance with the French law 78-17 from January 6th 1978 about individual freedom and data processing, you have the right to access the data you provided us and edit it.
We have declared our Customer database to the CNIL (stands for french Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés meaning Authority for Informatics and Individual liberties). Declaration receipt nr 1887708 v 0

In case of a dispute between SAS MGF Sports and its customers, the dispute will be subject to the french law. The complainant can choose the qualified court.

Order analysis system (Fraud detection)

Information about your order is subject to an automated processing of data. The purpose of this processing is to allocate a risk level to a transaction and fight against credit card fraud.

Glisshop is the recipient of all data related to your order. If this data isn't transmitted, the analysis and the processing of your transaction won't be possible. 

If a fault of payment due to a fraudulent use of a credit card occurs, the contact details regarding the order will be registered in a file 'incident of payment'. An irregular declaration or any problem might also be subject to a specific processing.

To start with, this data is absolutely necessary for browsing our website and for adding products to your shopping cart. This data also helps our customer service to deal with your guarantee, repair, refund or exchange requests and to offer you a more custom service. With your IP address or the device used (mobile, desktop, tablet), we can automatically adjust our website to the right size or correct language to improve your experience. It is a precious help for us as we want to provide the best possible service. And again, all this data is helpful to detect and fight fraud.

- Payment details:

During payment, your personal data are encrypted and transferred. In certain conditions, it may be registered by Be2bill. Glisshop never has access to it.

- Data about product customisation:

We need information in order to customise certain products. Your height, your weight, your ability level or your shoe size are as many elements we need to fit your ski bindings properly and ensure your safety on ski slopes.

- Reviews:

We publish reviews from customers on our networks. These reviews may contain personal data. You can require to amend or delete your review using our contact form.

- Online competitions, polls, surveys…

There is no obligation to join our online competitions. Yet, if you’d like to win something, we need to register your personal data.Data collected from polls and surveys are used to refine our stats. They help us know our customers better and improve Glisshop offerings.

- Social networks:

Glisshop may use your personal data to interact with you on social networks. These networks’ websites have their own privacy policies and conditions of use.

- Sharing your information with third party:

We may share some of your data with a third party in order to fulfill our contract with you and to improve your purchase experience with us:

Thanks to marketing means of partner companies, Glisshop targets you with advertising banners when you browse other websites or apps. These ads are based on the information we have from you when you visit Glisshop (products viewed, search history, banners clicked, etc). Keeping/Deleting data:

We keep your information for as long as your customer account is active or for as long as we need it (for resolving a guarantee issue for instance). This is to provide the best possible experience and service. If your account has been inactive for 3 years or more, we will delete all your information and personal data.

Consumer dispute mediation

In accordance with the requirements of the French Consumer Code regarding the mediation process of consumer disputes, the customer has the right to have free access to a consumer mediator (natural or legal person) with the aim of finding an amicable solution to a dispute with a professional.

We have designated the CM2C firm as consumer mediator under an agreement signed on 18/02/2022. The customer having purchased on the website can therefore make a claim:

The settlement suggested by the mediator is not binding on the parties, who remain free to leave the mediation process at any time. In accordance with Article L 612-2 of the French Consumer Code, one of the requirements for the examination of the dispute by the mediator is as follows: the consumer must prove it has previously been attempted to solve the dispute with the seller.
The consumer dispute mediation process is free of charge for the consumers, the processing and investigating fees related to mediation cases being assumed by the professionals. It can only be initiated by the consumer (the professional cannot instigate it). It must be conducted within a maximum of 90 days from the date the parties are notified of the referral by the mediator. In the event of a complex dispute, this period may be extended; the parties are then notified.
