Each 40 g portion provides around 100 kcal, of which 25 g are carbohydrates, making it easier to maintain intensity and replenish glycogen reserves during long sessions. The composition also includes sea salt and fiber, contributing to electrolyte balance and digestive comfort. The absence of ingredients of animal origin and the use of agar-agar make this a gel suitable for different dietary profiles.
