Description
Whether on multi-pitch routes or mountaineering, the Petzl Meteor is a lightweight and well-ventilated climbing helmet designed to provide extensive protection without weighing you down. Its In-Mold construction combines an EPS foam liner injected under a thin polycarbonate shell, ensuring compactness and lightness. Large openings guarantee effective airflow during prolonged efforts. The full-coverage design, meeting Petzl's TOP AND SIDE PROTECTION label, enhances protection against side, front and rear impacts. The semi-rigid headband and OMEGA system with a ponytail cut-out make adjustments easy, even when wearing gloves. The chin strap features a buckle with locking cover. Two front clips and a rear elastic allow for the attachment of a headtorch. The helmet contains 18% bio-based or recycled materials, and its comfort foams as well as the buckle are available as spare parts.
