Quickdraw Hotforge Hybrid Quickpack (Pack of 6)

The Black Diamond Hotforge Hybrid Quickpack set of six quickdraws combines the robustness of a full-finger carabiner at the top and the lightness of a finger-thread at the bottom to meet the demands of both sport climbing and mountaineering. The upper HotForge carabiner benefits from a Keylock geometry that facilitates clipping onto pads without snagging equipment, while the lower HotWire reduces finger inertia and prevents accidental opening by vibration during rope shocks.

Its optimized hot-forged aluminum construction distributes material where strength is needed while eliminating superfluous weight on non-structural sections. Between the two carabiners, the 18 mm polyester webbing ensures a stable grip for working difficult passages. It incorporates the Straitjacket device, which keeps the bottom carabiner perfectly oriented for smooth, fast carabiners.
