We thought the Synapse had reached its limits last year but Salomon proves us wrong. It just got better. As a quick reminder, the Synapse is pretty much the most responsive and snappy boot you'll find in Salomon's range. Between the time you think of your next turn until the time the boot engages the turn there's approximately one nanosecond. Stunning. Now, why did it just get better? Because for 2014 the boot comes with a Power Exhale liner which not only delivers a superior fit thanks to its heatmoldable foams and removable ankle inserts, but it also features 3 venting channels running along preventing from moisture and enhancing lightweight. Top this up with the Boa Focus closure allowing for tightening upper and lower parts of the boot individually and you get one of the best hard charging boot ever made by human hand!
