Description
The Bataleon Thunder has a Light Core wood shell veneered between two layers of triaxial fibreglass, and reinforced with carbon strips extending from the bindings to the spatulas, as well as carbon stringers along the edges. The flex is tonic without being too rigid and the twin directional shape offers versatility and manoeuvrability.
What is the programme of the Bataleon Thunder snowboard?
The Thunder has as much width in nose as in tail and is therefore quite balanced when it comes to switch or trick. However, it is still a freeride board, with a slightly set back foot position which allows you to take turns more easily and to jump effortlessly in powder snow. The classic camber is well marked and provides excellent grip on hard snow, while the concave shape of the spatulas makes passages in powder or on difficult terrains easier. Finally, the top of the range construction provides lots of boost in the turns to carve on the piste, and you don't shake when you pick up speed, whatever the terrain. A lightning-fast board whether on the slopes or off-piste!
Who is the Bataleon Thunder snowboard for?
We recommend this model to experienced or expert snowboarders looking for a freeride type board suitable for all terrains.
