The Dynamo stands out because of its directional shape, traditional camber and well-balanced flex, offering a good balance between performance and playfulness on every terrain. It is sustainably manufactured in Mervin’s factory in the US, using mainly bio sourced materials, durably produced electricity, generating less waste, among other things. 

What is the programme of the Lib Tech Dynamo snowboard? 

The Dynamo, because of its directional shape, has a longer and wider nose than tail, moving the foot stance back. This offers natural floatability on powder and easier turn initiations on every snow condition. The traditional camber, paired to Magne-Traction serrated edges, guarantees excellent grip and stability on hardpack. With a responsive construction (yet not too stiff), this board is the ideal tool to work on your carving skills and up your riding pace. If the condition allow head to the backcountry and enjoy the fresh snow, the Dynamo offers effortless floatability!

Tips and advice

Size of your board?

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
