Which Snowboard Accessories Can I Use to Customise My Board?
Some people shine on the slopes through sheer talent, while the rest of us might look for other ways to stand out—like adding unique touches to our snowboards. Of course, there’s nothing stopping a skilled snowboarder from enjoying a cool anti-slip pad, some stylish stickers, or even a Channel Plug for that subtle finishing touch!
Stomp Pad: A World of Its Own
A stomp pad isn’t just a style accessory—it’s first and foremost a functional piece of kit! Typically placed between the two bindings, closer to the rear one, it’s used to rest your foot and maintain control of the board when using a button lift with only one foot strapped in. And with the rise of one-foot freestyle/jib tricks, it might just become more and more essential! It can also be placed in other spots on the board—for easier grabs, for instance. Burton leads the way with original pad designs that let you add some flair to your snowboard.
Channel Plug: For the Style-Conscious
The Channel Plug is a small extra accessory designed for owners of Burton snowboards. As the name suggests, it fits into the protective caps of Burton’s Channel/EST rail system. It’s a discreet but stylish way to personalise your setup.
