Description

Come on, say it out loud : "Welcome back !". This is the fourth CoinCoin model, Gérome Matthieu's pro-model, so you should already know it right ? Very similar to its previous version, the board features a classic camber, synonym of edge hold and reactivity. It'll make your ride lively whether you're on or off piste. And when it comes to the park, it'll stand for you. Pop, precision, snap. All you need to stomp it. The only difference with last year is that it was also available with a rocker. This year, it stays classic.

 

What our testers say : Classic cambered board extremely versatile thanks to its directional shape. The board will best suit freestylers though. The board is poppy, but more powerful than playful. If you know how to ride it, it'll accompany you anywhere and will turn the mountain into your playground. Ideal for advanced level riders.

Tips and advice

Size of your board?

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
