Description

Remember the Burton Super Hero board? Well, it vanished from Burton's lineup and was replaced by the Process smalls. A junior board with old-school/vintage /skate inspired graphics designed for young shredders. Built with a Fly core reinforced with biax fiberglass, Burton made the board as playful and forgiving as they could so that kids could take it from piste to park without ever getting bored. The flat profile of the board provides stability and agility without making the board too loose and allows riders to charge a little harder if they feel like it!

What our testers say : True twin tipped board inspiring creativity and progression. Kids should easily spin and land their first tricks with that park-friendly gun. The Process Smalls is a playful board that feels nimble and undemanding. An excellent choice for riders with an intermediate level who'd like to upgrade their freestyle game and yet still be able to ride groomers and carve them!

Tips and advice

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
