Description

More than a mere freestyle all-mountain board, the Lib Tech Ejack Knife is a true beast you will need to tame. The pro-model of Erick Jackson is powerful and versatile, offering riders with solid skills and physical condition what they need to shred hard on any terrain. Under the hood, you will find the HorsePower construction with a mix of poplar/paulownia reinforced by fibreglass to provide an excellent power/weight ratio. The camber allows you to use all this energy and adds pop, lots of high-speed stability and rebound in the turns. The setback stance and slightly tapered shape promote natural lift in powder and better control of your trajectory. Well-balanced, the Ejack Knife lets you ride switch at will to send the most creative tricks in the entire resort.

Tips and advice

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
