Jeremy Jones' brand hits hard with this women's version of the Splitboard Solution. Its directional design offers great efficiency on all types of snow, with greater performance thanks to the 3D Base Contour 3.0 and Traction Tech 3.0 shaping technologies. Its powerful and lightweight construction is nonetheless eco-friendly, with materials such as wood from sustainably managed forests, ECO-Plastic Topsheet veneer, linen and basalt reinforcements, and bio-based glue and wax.

What is the Jones Women's Solution splitboard program?

The Women's Solution is a real machine, with its Ultra Split Core construction reinforced for maximum stability at high speed and precision in curves. Its big front rocker, the convex shape of the 3D Base Contour 3.0 spatulas and the setback position of the supports, provides lots of fluidity in the turns and facilitate curve entry while offering an outstanding lift in powder snow. It still performs well on hard snow, with impressive edge grip thanks to the classic camber and the Traction Tech 3.0 corrugated edges, which are also present on the inner edges to secure the supports on the ascent. As you can see, the Women's Solution provides lots of support during freeride, whatever the snow conditions.

Tips and advice

Size of your board?

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. Is my board ready-to-use ?

The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.

How to maintain your equipment ?

Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
