The porridge lyophilized chocolate MX3 is developed by the brand MX3. Easily transportable, it's quick to prepare with cold water and can be eaten for breakfast or dessert, before or after exercise. It combines oat flakes and chocolate chips, with caramelized sunflower seeds for a gourmet texture. Nutritionally, it provides 475 Kcal per serving, combining 15 g protein, 8 g fiber and 56 g carbohydrates.
