The porridge lyophilized with red fruits is made by the brand MX3 from oat flakes, blueberries, raspberries, strawberries and enriched with chia seeds. Quick to prepare with cold water, it can be eaten for breakfast or dessert, before or after exercise. It provides energy, combining assimilable carbohydrates (63 g per portion), a high level of fiber (9.8 g) and a protein content of 14 g, elements that can support prolonged efforts and recovery.
