The MX3 Tabbouleh 125 g freeze-dried meal offers a convenient and tasty vegetarian option for outdoor activities. Comprising mostly durum wheat semolina, it also incorporates raisins, peppers, tomatoes, onion and aromatic herbs such as mint and parsley, for a fresh, balanced taste. This dish is prepared without artificial flavoring or palm oil and enriched with vegetable and milk proteins. Easy to prepare, it rehydrates in 10 to 15 minutes with cold or lukewarm water. Ideal for hiking or bivouacking, MX3 Taboulé combines simplicity, energy value and authentic taste in a lightweight, easy-to-carry format.
