Alpine Ski Scott Slight 93

Ski sold without binding.

This new Scott ski will not go unnoticed this winter. The Slight 93 is replacing the Crusade as the new Scott most versatile ski. It is as efficient on the groomers as on untouched terrains. Its secret lies in the ultra modern construction featuring a woodcore, a titanal reinforcement and a weave of carbon and aramid.

What can the Scott Slight 93 ski do?

The Slight 93 was designed to be an exceptional everyday ski. Its playfulness, energy return and grip on-piste are really pleasant. Thanks to its radius ranging from 13 to 17 m (depending on the length) you can easily turn both short and long. You can also rely on the Slight 93 to charge on steep blacks or technical couloirs. One of the main assets of this ski is the possibility to be ridden for freetouring or even touring. Its ultra light construction allows for beautiful climbs and shorter approaches. The Slight 93 is a true off-piste adventurer. It planes above powder surface thanks to its tip rocker and floats very well on the untouched. With this ski, you can enjoy the latest snowfalls!

Who is the Scott Slight 93 ski designed for?

This new model is more playful than a The Ski and should be very successful among advanced skiers. If you want a versatile ski to fully appreciate the pistes and experience great thrills on the untouched parts of the mountain, the Slight 93 is perfect for you!

What are the main assets of the Scott Slight 93 ski?

Structure - Construction

  • Tip to tail woodcore  :

The long woodcore gives the ski a more consistent flex and more fluidity through transitions.

Camber type

  • Classic camber  :

When the ski sits flat on the ground, the tip and the tail are in contact with it while the midsection rises above. It is this section that maximises the energy transmission towards the edge, ideal for piste skiing. It also provides a rebound which enhances energy return and pop.

Technology

  • Pro Tip 300 mm  :

By incorporating a progressive tip height radius, SCOTT skis simply track better than the competition. SCOTT's Pro-Tip produces a more consistent ski flex and predictable turns. Pro-Tip is available in three heights 300mm (Precision On-Piste), 350mm (All-Mountain) and 375mm (Full Freeride). Tip Rocker 300mm

Various

  • 3D Sidecut  :

Revolutionary technology combining 2 radius with a central straight sidecut, allowing twin rocker skis to be brilliant on off pist with an excellent edge grip on pistes.

  • Factory Finish  :

SCOTT skis come direct from the factory "ready to ski" with SCOTT factory finish. Every factory finished ski leaves the factory with side edges ground at 89° and base edges ground between 0.5° and 0.8° for exceptional performance. The base is finished with a micro structured CNC stone grind so you can mount your skis and hit the hill, no tuning required.

  • Pre Track  :

When developing Pre-Track, SCOTT designed skis with wide tips and/or slightly turned up tails. With Pre-Track, SCOTT skis employ a smaller effective edge for short radius turns on groomed slopes and a longer effective edge when making bigger turns or skiing off-piste. The result is a more precise, stable, reliable and versatile ski.
