Description

Attention: on this model, the volume of 24 litres is equivalent to a size M. It is recommended for people between 170 and 195 cm tall. 

As its name suggests, the Free Rider model from Ortovox is a backpack developed for freeride skiing and snowboarding. Equipped with several compartments and a variety of storage solutions, its main feature is the SPS FLEX back protector, certified by the German TUV organisation, which combines a back panel and protection in a single flexible unit. Consisting of eight pads, this protection adapts perfectly to the body and effectively absorbs shock, reducing the impact on the body and reducing the risk of fracture. 

On the other hand, it will also give you the benefit of a perfectly exploited 24-litre volume: a main compartment compatible with hydration systems, an additional compartment for your safety equipment, and various possibilities for attaching and strapping equipment directly to the bag. Of course, there are also possibilities to carry skis, snowshoes or a snowboard on your back.
