Description

Perfect for mountaineering, the Ortovox Peak 42 S backpack is designed for both men and women who want to venture into high-altitude terrain. It carries the 'S' designation for 'Short', indicating a shorter back panel. It's extremely resistant to tearing and abrasion with wide, padded shoulder straps. The hip belt evenly distributes the load for increased carrying comfort. You can easily access all your gear thanks to its front zipper. It even has a separate compartment for all your safety equipment with an attachment system for your rope, crampons or ice axe. The Peak 42 S is also compatible with a water bladder. As for its Swisswool Full Contact back system made of wool, it allows temperature control by wicking away moisture. Thus, it is very comfortable as it conforms well to the shape of your back. All this with a construction consisting of two aluminium stays to help you carry heavy loads.
