???????The Palmer Honeycomb is an ultra-polyvalent board offering an excellent weight/power ratio, thanks to the technology that gives it its name: Honeycomb. This specific technology integrates daramide fibers in a so-called honeycomb construction, is present on this board in the nose and tail, to reduce the board's weight without compromising its power.

What's the program for the Palmer Honeycomb snowboard?

With its high-end construction, which combines a toned wood core, carbon fiber throughout the board and Honeycomb technology in the nose and tail, the Palmer Honeycomb offers plenty of pop, responsiveness and stability, while remaining very light. These materials, combined with a Twin Directional design(the symmetry of a Twin Freestyle profile with the recessed inserts of a Freeride profile), result in a board with smoothness and responsiveness on all types of snow, while retaining great switch and kicker skills.

Who is the Palmer Honeycomb snowboard for?

We recommend the Palmer Honeycomb to snowboarders of confirmed to expert level who want to treat themselves to a high-end performing and versatile board to send all over the resort. It's a little wider than a traditional board, so will also suit riders with big feet.

Tips and advice

The length of your board is extremely important. Several parameters have to be taken into account : Your height, your weight, your level and your program (allmountain-freeride-freestyle). We created a calculator that will tell you what size of board would suit you best, once you've completed these parameters. You can also call us (+33 4 73 26 98 47) to get a personal advice from our experienced team.
The snowboards you'll purchase on our website are all factory waxed and tuned. That means it's ready to hit the slopes. However, that doesn't work forever, and in order to keep your equipment at the top performance, you need to maintain base and edges on a regular basis.
Maintaining your skis is essential to ensure an optimal glide and grip. Frequency of maintenance may vary depending on how often you use your board, or on how damaged it is. We recommend that you wax it every 10 riding days, and at the end of the season. Edges need to be tuned up to 2 times per season if you want to keep a good edge control. However, don't get them overtuned because every tuning takes some of the steel off.

When your base is damaged and shows shallow scratches or rock gouge, it is possible to repair it.

You can get these repairs done by professional ski shop, or if the gouge is only superficial you may repair it yourself. To do so, you will need special tools and materials such as wax, Ptex for repairing bases, edge tuners, etc. You can find them on our website.
