Description

The POC Obex Bc Spin ski helmet is fitted with an NFC TwICEme chip in which all the data you deem necessary to transmit to the rescuers can be contained, which will be activated following a fall or collision. The purpose is to reduce the response time in the event of an emergency. This chip can contain your identity, your blood type, the telephone number of a person to be notified, etc. This information will be readable from a smartphone equipped with the twICEme app.

Apart from this very new technology, this ski helmet offers skiers and snowboarders the best protection. It benefits from a very efficient design with a lightweight polycarbonate and ABS shell, Spin technology, EPS lining, and all this to protect your head in the event of repeated impacts and shock. The Spin technology consists of pads placed inside the helmet which, by moving independently and in a multidirectional way, absorb the amount of force transmitted to the brain. It is inspired by the role that cerebral-spinal fluid plays in the natural protection of the brain. The EPP lining on the inside of the helmet is thicker in strategic areas, helping to absorb repeated shocks.

As safe as it is comfortable, the POC Fornix Spin ski helmet is equipped with earpieces designed in a way that does not affect balance and audition. It is equipped with an adjustment wheel and a chinstrap that allows for a precise adjustment to ensure a perfect fit. It has different adjustable vents that regulate airflow and promote breathability.
