In order to limit its environmental footprint as much as possible, the Picture Organic brand has eco-designed the Takashima down jacket in breathable, stretchy fabric. It's made from 100% recycled polyester and incorporates Primaloft Eco insulation for protection against the cold. It benefits from a body-mapping design whose main idea is to maximize comfort thanks to a cut that follows the body's movements when skiing or snowboarding. The fabric is thicker in some places and thinner in others, most notably in key areas that tend to retain heat.

The Picture Takashima down jacket is moisture-resistant, its outer fabric benefiting from the durable Teflon EcoElite water-repellent treatment which is made from bio-sourced, PFC-free materials. Equipped with a full zipper, stand-up collar and wraparound hood, it can be worn as an outer layer or as a second layer under a ski or hiking jacket.
